We stop here often. The management handles issues very quickly and competently, but the staff consistently gets orders wrong. Most of the servers are very friendly and deserve the tips they get. When restaurant gets more consistent I will gladly increase my rating.
This is without a doubt the worse Sonic in the United States. Never will I patronize this particular location again
I ordered chili cheese tots and the tater tots were hard. I also got a shake and the top wasn't on properly. I ended up spilling my drink. I'm very disappointed
The food was horrible. Its like they just heated everything up in a microwave with all the lettuce and tomatoes and everything in it. The blast was more like a shake. The corn dogs were so hard theycouldnt be eaten. The tots were cold. This is the worse experience I have ever had at a fast food place.
The waitresses and waiters are kinda friendly sometime. But the majority of the time they don't even ask how are you today. I don't eat there very often because of it.
